All our products are made-to-order and hand-crafted with the utmost care.  If by any chance, the product you received is significantly damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us and we will try our best to solve the issue.

We always try our best to deliver our products looking exactly the way we make them but it’s possible at times pebbles will fall off.  If this happens, retrieve the fallen pebbles and place them back in the pots.  Use a soft brush to dust off any loose soil.
